At the seller's or listing agent's option, details of the ad can include information on price, property taxes, lot size, style, and all measurements and specifications, and can also include a variety of pictures, which show both the outside, and inside of the property. The advertisement is a detailed listing that allows the seller and/or their listing agent to receive leads from multiple interested buyers, rather than from a single high bidder. The seller and/or their listing agent may then contact potentially interested parties to discuss the listing further. eBay policy prohibits the seller and/or their listing agent from disclosing users' email addresses to third parties
