Packaging your Item
Pack it right. Select packaging with the right size, shape and strength for your goods. Use a sturdy box to best protect your item. If you are re-using a box, remove or cover all leftover labels and markings to avoid any delivery delays, especially when mailing to a destination outside of Canada.

Pack it tight. Use protective materials like newspaper, bubble wrap, and foam “peanuts” to help prevent any movement of the item inside the box.

Pack it safe. Firmly seal your box with quality packaging tape. Do not use string, twine, masking tape, or ordinary household tape.

Labeling your Item
Before affixing your label to your package, verify that it has been printed correctly, giving special attention to the barcode as well as the "Ship From" and the  "Ship To” address fields. Then, affix it to an even, flat surface of your package using clear packaging tape. Make sure that the barcode does not wrap around edges or corners. Be careful! DO NOT cover any information on your label, as this may cause delivery delays.
