For greater certainty, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, edit or remove any Entry, or to request an Eligible Entrant to modify or edit his or her Entry, if a complaint is received with respect to the Entry, or for any other reason. If such an action is necessary at any point during or after the Competition, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take whatever action it deems necessary based on the circumstances – including, without limitation, disqualifying the Entry (and therefore the corresponding Eligible Entrant) – to help ensure that the Competition is being conducted in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules.
