When is it?	Starting Thursday, September 16, 2004 between 00:00:01 EDT (12:00 AM plus one second on Thursday, September 16, 2004) and ending 23:59:59 EDT on Sunday, September 26, 2004 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).
Who is eligible?	Any eBay member who has never listed any item for sale on eBay.  This offer is for first-time sellers only.  Only your first listing will be eligible.
How do I get my free listing?	Go to eBay.ca or click the "Start Selling Now" button located at the top of this page and register to sell on eBay.  Next, create a listing for your item during the promotional period September 16 - 26, 2004.  eBay members who meet the eligibility requirement listed above will receive an insertion fee credit PLUS members can add the Gallery upgrade to their first listing for an additional credit.

What are the fees?	For Auction-style and Fixed Price listings on eBay.ca the insertion fee for a first listing will be credited back to you. In addition, if you choose the Gallery option you will also receive a credit for selecting this option.  Please note:  the discounted fees will not be immediately reflected on the site.  You will see a credit to your seller's account by late October 2004.

What is excluded?	eBay Motors vehicles and Parts & Accessories, Real Estate Ad Format and Store Inventory listings. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to September 16, 2004 - including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created on September 16, 2004 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends.
