Fees?

For Auction-style listings the normal Insertion Fee will be reduced by 50% for all listings during the promotional period. Listings created prior to August 31, 2004 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period will be eligible to receive the promotional rate. All other fees (including Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees* will still be charged at their regular price.
 
What is Excluded? This promotion will not apply to Real Estate, Ad Format, Motor Vehicles, Fixed Price Format, or Store Inventory listings. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to August 31, including those listings revised during the promotional period but scheduled to start after August 31, 2004.
