Forgot your user ID?
If you can’t remember your user ID, follow these steps:
Enter the email address you used when you registered.
We’ll send your user ID to that address.
If the email address you used to register is no longer current, or you can’t access email sent to this address,
contact us.
Haven't received your user ID yet? Here are a few things you can try

Wait a few minutes to allow the message to arrive.
Check to see if your inbox is full. If it is, delete some email. Then, go to the
Forgot your user ID
page and request your user ID again.
If you have a bulk mail or junk mail folder, check that folder for the email.
If you still haven't received your user ID, contact us.
