Problems Accessing Your PayPal Account

To log in to PayPal, you must enter your email address and password. Be sure to log in to PayPal using the email address you used when you signed up for the PayPal account.

Forgot your PayPal email address? Recover your email address.
Forgot your PayPal password? Recover your password.

Note: Your PayPal email address and password are separate from your eBay User ID and password.

If you are having problems with a purchase you made through PayPal, find out how to file a dispute.
