Why was my account suspended?
There are two reasons why an account may be suspended:
Non-payment of eBay fees (often resolved by updating your credit card or debit card information)
If your account is suspended, we’ll send a notification to your messages in My eBay. The notification includes the reason for your account suspension and the steps you can take to resolve the suspension.
To view your messages in My eBay:Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages.
As with all our messages, we’ll also send a copy to the email address we have on file for your account.

Beware of fake account suspension notices
Watch out for spoof (fake) email warnings about account suspension. To confirm that an email was sent from eBay, check your messages in My eBay. If you can't find the same email you received at your regular address in your inbox in My eBay Messages, it's not from eBay.
