1. Am I eligible for this package in case I already have some combination of an eBay Store product and a Selling Tool?
   
   
   • If you currently have Selling Manager and a Basic eBay Store:
     You will begin receiving a free subscription to Selling Manager starting from your next billing cycle after 6th May 2005.
   • If you currently have Selling Manager only:
     After subscribing to a Basic eBay Store, you will receive Selling Manager for free starting with your next billing cycle. If you are currently participating in a free Selling Manager trial and subscribe to a Basic eBay Store, after the end of the free trial, you will automatically start receiving a free subscription to Selling Manager with your Basic eBay Store.
   • If you currently have a Basic eBay Store only:
     You will need to subscribe to Selling Manager to activate your free service of Selling Manager with your Basic eBay Store. You will receive Selling Manager for free from the day you subscribe.
   • If you are currently on a free trial for a Basic eBay Store:
     You are also eligible to receive Selling Manager for free during your free Basic eBay Store trial. If, after your free trial for a Basic eBay Store is over, you should choose to unsubscribe, you will no longer be eligible for the free Selling Manager subscription. You must re-subscribe to a Basic eBay Store to be able to subscribe to Selling Manager for free.
   • If you currently have neither Selling Manager nor Basic eBay Store:
     If you do not have a subscription to either product, you will need to subscribe to both Selling Manager and Basic eBay Store by going to My eBay and then clicking on Manage Subscriptions. If you activate both of your subscriptions prior to your next billing cycle, you will receive a free Selling Manager subscription for the time period that you are both a Selling Manager and Basic eBay Store subscriber.
   
   
2. If I currently have a Featured eBay Store and Selling Manager, do I still get Selling Manager for free?
   
   As a Featured eBay Store subscriber, you are already eligible to receive a more advanced product, Selling Manager Pro, free of charge. To activate your free subscription to Selling Manager Pro, please go to My eBay, click on Manage Subscriptions, and find Selling Manager listed under "Active Subscriptions". Click on the "upgrade" link to upgrade to Selling Manager Pro and begin receiving Selling Manager Pro without charge and as part of your Featured eBay Store subscription.
   
   
3. If I have a Basic eBay Store and Selling Manager Pro, am I eligible for the discount?
   
   You would need to have the exact combination of a Basic eBay Store subscription and Selling Manager in order to be eligible to the discount. As a Basic eBay Stores subscriber, you would need to change your subscription from Selling Manager Pro to Selling Manager to qualify for this offer. Alternatively you could upgrade your eBay Store to a Featured or Anchor level Store and then you would be eligible to receive Selling Manager Pro for free as part of your Featured or Anchored Store subscription.
   
   
4. I already receive Selling Manager free due to my Seller's Assistant/Blackthorne Basic subscription. Does this offer impact me?
   
   There is no impact to your billing. As long as you continue to maintain an active Seller's Assistant/Blackthorne Basic subscription, then you will continue receiving a credit for the full amount of your Selling Manager subscription.
   
   
5. I have an eBay Store on eBay.com but subscribe to Selling Manager on eBay.ca -OR- I have an eBay.ca Store but subscribe to Selling Manager on eBay.com. Do I qualify for the free subscription to Selling Manager?
   
   In order to qualify for the free subscription to Selling Manager, you must have both your Basic eBay Store subscription and Selling Manager subscription on the same eBay site.
   
   
   • To identify the location of your Selling Manager subscription, go to My eBay, then look for the Selling Manager links in the left column. If there are no Selling Manager links, then you do not have an active subscription on that site. If you have two or more Selling Manager subscriptions, go to My eBay, then click on Manage Subscriptions. Your Selling Manager subscriptions and their locations will be listed in the Active Subscriptions box.
   • To identify the location of your Store subscription, go to My eBay, then click on the Manage My Store link in the left column. You will be taken to the site associated with your eBay Store. Sellers can only have one eBay Store worldwide.
   
   
6. How will the free Selling Manager appear on my View Account Status or Invoice?
   
   You will receive a credit for Selling Manager on your View Account Status or Invoice. This credit will state:
   
   
   • Selling Manager: Subscription Fee Credit
   • Discount for Basic Store Sellers
   
   This credit will appear in the Discounts section of your invoice.
   
   
7. How do I sign up for Selling Manager or for a Basic eBay Store?
   
   
   • To sign up for Selling Manager, please go to My eBay, and click on Manage Subscriptions. Click on the Selling Manager "subscribe" link.
