Reviewing Feedback Left for Others
In addition to reviewing Feedback a member has received, reviewing the Feedback a member has left for others can provide more insight into your trading partner.
To review Feedback a member has left for others:Go to the member’s Feedback Profile by clicking their Feedback Score (the number next to the User ID).
Click the “Feedback left for others” tab.
To review Feedback you’ve left for others: From the left column of My eBay, click the “Feedback” link.
Click the "View all feedback" link.
Click the “Feedback left for others” tab.
To follow up on Feedback you've left, click the “Follow-up” link next to the item number, and enter your additional comment. You can leave one follow-up comment for each Feedback.
Things to consider when reviewing Feedback:
How well did the member transact with other members?
If there were any conflicts, how did the member resolve them?
Did any comments appear to be retaliatory in nature?
If there were any negative events, did they occur a long time ago, or more recently?
