Closing your eBay Store

We value our eBay Store sellers and hope you'll contact us to address any issues before you decide to close your Store. Consider the following information before you decide.

Information about closing your Store

If you close your eBay Store:

  • All of your current auction-style and fixed price format items will remain active until their ending date is reached or they are sold. Active fixed price listings may be subject to standard fees after you close your store.

  • You will no longer be eligible for store listing fees. Learn more about selling fees.

  • If you change your mind, you can always reopen your Store. We'll save your Store settings for 30 days.

  • Store subscriptions are effective for a minimum 30-day period. If you cancel or downgrade within this period, you will be billed for the entire 30 days. After the first 30 days, your store subscription fees are prorated.

Closing your store
