You can create custom questions for your buyers to choose from when they click the “Ask seller a question” link on your View Item page. You can also include the item specifics from the listing, a list of frequently asked questions, or the questions posted on the listing.

To create custom questions that buyers can choose from on the Ask a Question page, enter the question on the Customize Questions page, and then click the Submit button. You can add up to 9 question types.

To create your own frequently asked questions, enter the text into the text boxes in the Frequently Asked Questions section. You can type over the existing questions or just add answers to them. You can also add up to 10 more FAQs (for a total of 15) to the page. If you choose not to answer a question, then that question will not appear in the list of FAQs.
