Selling on the eBay International Market
There is no extra fee to sell your items on the eBay International Market is free. Your listings on the International Market appear exactly as they do on eBay.ca, and you can reach millions of buyers without creating separate listings for eBay websites in individual countries.
The International Market is different from eBay websites for individual countries because instead of having to list your item in every country where you want to offer it, you only need to create one listing and indicate where you're willing to ship. Buyers can then browse on the eBay International Market in their own languages, in their own time zones, and with your listings showing in their own currencies.
Tip: Some words are spelled differently in different countries (for example, "check" in the U.S. and "cheque" in Canada, the U.K. and Australia) and some terms have different meanings. Consider using spellings and meanings that apply to all the countries where you're listing your item.
Listing on the eBay International Market
To list your item on the eBay International Market, you only need to specify shipping information for the locations you choose.
Here’s how:If you're given the option to choose a listing form, select More listing choices.
On the Create your listing page, scroll to the Give buyers shipping details section.
Note: If you don't see a place to include international shipping costs, click the Add or remove options link.In the International shipping section, select Show international services and options, and then click the Save button.
In the International Shipping section, select one of these shipping cost options from the drop-down menu:
Flat: Same cost to all buyers
Calculated: Cost varies according to buyer location
From the Ship to drop-down menu, select Choose custom location.
Select the locations where you're willing to ship the item. You can select as many as you like. The locations you select will all be charged either the flat or calculated cost for shipping, depending on what you select in step 3.
Under Additional ship to locations, select any additional places where you want to offer shipping but want the buyer to contact you to find out the shipping cost.
Note: If you select the same location in steps 5 and 6, buyers in that location won't be told to contact you to find out the shipping cost.
Complete and submit your listing.

To sell on the eBay International Market, your item and category need to meet the selling requirements for the eBay website in each country where you sell. Also, you need to meet the following qualifications:
