How can I view my selling account balance?

We’ll notify you by email each month when your invoice is available for viewing. This email will include your amount due. You can also check your account balance any time in My eBay.

To view your account balance:

  1. Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages.

  2. Click the Account tab.

Your seller account summary shows your current balance and whether any fees are past due. If the balance is past due, you can make a one-time payment. Learn more about paying your seller fees and when payment is due.

Note: If your balance is listed as “temporarily unavailable,” we’re currently processing your monthly invoice. In most cases, your new invoice will be available in 1 to 2 days.

To view your invoice:

  1. Click the My eBay at the top of most eBay pages.

  2. Click the Account tab.

  3. From the “View invoices” pull-down menu, select the invoice you want to display.
