How do I close my eBay Store?

Follow the steps listed below to close your eBay Store. Before doing so, please note that:

  • All of your current auction-style listings will remain active until their ending date is reached or they are sold. Active fixed price listings may be subject to standard fees after you close your store.

  • Stores subscriptions are effective for a minimum 30-day period. If you cancel or downgrade within this period, you will be billed for the entire 30 days. After the first 30 days, your store subscription fees are prorated.

To close your eBay Store:

  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Click the Account tab, and then click the Subscriptions link in the left navigation.

  3. Click the Cancel Subscription link next to your store name.

  4. If you have bundled subscriptions with your eBay Store (for example, Selling Manager or another selling tool), select the appropriate option to specify whether you want to keep the subscriptions at the new monthly fee or unsubscribe.

  5. If you are sure you want to cancel your eBay Stores subscription, click the Close store button.
