Basic fees

In Real Estate categories on eBay, you're charged an insertion fee as described in the following table. The total cost of selling an item is the insertion fee.

Insertion Fees and optional feature fees are charged at the time of listing and are non-refundable.
Sellers can create listings in Canadian or US dollars on eBay.ca. Canadian dollar listings created on eBay.ca are subject to the C$ fees. US dollar listings created on eBay.ca are subject to the US$ fees.
