Updating your credit card information
If you use a credit card to pay your seller fees, it's important to keep your information current to avoid possible delays in paying your invoice.
You can update your credit card information by:
Adding a credit card to your eBay seller's account for automatic paymentsGo to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
In the My Account section on the left side, click the Personal Information link.
In the Financial Information section, click the Edit link.
For security purposes, you'll be asked to sign in again.
Enter your credit card information, and then click the Continue button.
After reading the Credit Card Usage Agreement, click the Authorize Credit Card button.
Adding a credit card to your eBay account for verification purposes only
For security purposes, you'll be asked to sign in again.
Enter your credit card information, and then click the Continue button (make sure you leave the check box "Make this credit card my default automatic payment method" unchecked).

Verifying your current credit card information (only if used for automatic payments)Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
In the My Account section on the left side, click the Personal Information link.
In the Financial Information section, click the Edit link next to Credit card.
Changing or updating your credit card information for automatic paymentsGo to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
In the My Account section on the left side, click the Personal Information link.
In the Financial Information section, click the Edit link next to Credit Card.
For security purposes, you'll be asked to sign in again.
Enter your credit card information, and then click the Continue button.
After reading the Credit Card Usage Agreement, click the Authorize Credit Card button.
Note: If your credit card isn't accepted, see Solving credit card problems.
You can remove your automatic payment method at any time.
To remove your automatic payment method information:Click the Account tab, and then click the Personal Information link on the left.
In the Financial Information section, find the payment method you'd like to remove and click the Remove link on the right.
You may continue to accrue fees for any listings you have on the site, as well as monthly fees for any active subscriptions such as eBay Stores. Be sure to cancel any subscriptions if you want to close your account.
If you have an outstanding balance, you'll need to make a one-time payment before you can remove your payment information.
