How to include Calculated Shipping Costs* in your listings:

1. When you list your item using the Sell Your Item form or Turbo Lister, go to the Shipping (Domestic) section and choose "Calculated" in the drop down menu.
2. Enter the packaged item's weight and dimensions (length, width and height).
3. Select the Canada Post service(s) you'll be shipping the item with. To view correct shipping costs for various Canada Post services, click "Research rates".
4. Enter a handling fee, if desired (buyers will see one combined total shipping cost).
5. Go to the Shipping (International) section, choose "Calculated" in the drop down menu.
6. Select the "Ship to" location (Worldwide is recommended), and select the Canada Post US and international service(s) you'll be shipping the item with. To view correct shipping costs for various Canada Post services, click "Research rates".
eBay does the rest! Shipping rates within Canada, from Canada to the US, and to international destinations, will be calculated accurately and quoted to buyers in your listings and eBay search results.
How to Include Flat Shipping Costs in your Listing:

1. When you list your item using eBay's Sell Your Item form or Turbo Lister, go to the Shipping (Domestic) section and choose "Flat" in the drop down menu.
2. For domestic shipping, select up to three Canada Post services you'll be shipping the item with and enter your flat shipping costs. Click "Research rates" for help on Canada Post services and shipping costs.
Select Canada Post Expedited Flat Rate Box** (under Services):
- Regional Flat Rate C$8.66
- National Flat Rate C$11.66
3. For US & international shipping, select up to three Canada Post services you'll be shipping the item with and enter your flat shipping costs. Click "Research rates" for help on Canada Post services and shipping costs.
Select Canada Post Expedited Flat Rate Box USA** (under Services):
That's it! Buyers will be able to view your flat shipping costs in your listing's Shipping and handling section.
* Shipping rates quoted are derived by adding postage fees and fuel charges (obtained from advertised Canada Post consumer, non-discounted retail rates, along with applicable taxes on postage), plus handling charges. Quoted rates assume the accuracy of information provided by the user. Canada Post advertised quotes are estimates and subject to adjustment by Canada Post. Actual shipping rates may vary.
** The Flat Rate Box must be used with a Flat Rate Box shipping label created, purchased and printed through eBay's Online Shipping tool. The Flat Rate Box has a maximum weight limit of 5 kg.
