Selling Tips
1. How to write a good title?
An effective title includes keywords like your item's brand name, artist, or designer. Describe your item, even if your title repeats the category name. Do not include words like "wow" or "look!", buyers do not search for words like these. Click here for more tips.
2. Do I need to include a picture in my description?
Always include at least one picture in your description. A good picture of your product is essential to attract buyers. Click here for more tips.
3. At what price should I start my auction?
Start your auction as low as possible. Low starting prices tend to encourage bids. Use the Completed Listings search to see how much similar items have been sold for.
4. Which shipping service should I use?
Use Canada Post's Expedited Parcel. It is an economical option to ship packages in Canada and the USA. Also, this service provides delivery confirmation, which is a requirement for PayPal buyer and seller protection. Visit the Shipping Centre for more information.
5. What fees will I have to pay if my item sells?
If your item sells, you will be charged a Final Value Fee. The amount of your final value fee will depend on your final sale price.
