Q: What is the difference between the promotion being run on the US site vs. the one being run on the Canadian site?
A: Both promotions offer the same discount but the Canadian site promotion is specific to Canadian resident users only. The promotional price on eBay.ca will be shown on the new Sell Your Item Form, in View account status as well as in your invoice. For sellers listing with any tool other than eBay's new Sell Your Item Form, the promotional price will not be shown during the listing process.
Q: Who qualifies for the Canadian promotion?
A: All Canadian resident users who list on eBay.ca will be eligible for this promotion
Q: Can I list on the US site and will I get the same promotional price?
A: You can list on the US site to receive the promotional price as long as you meet all the qualification criteria outlined on the US promotion landing page. The US promotion can be found here.
Q: Are Motors Parts & Accessories included in the promotion?
A: Motors Parts & Accessories are included in the promotion for Canadian resident users who list on eBay.ca only.
How Does it Work?
Insertions fees for Auction-style and Fixed Price listings will be 20¢ as reflected in the fee table below. This includes listings created prior to the promotion and scheduled to start during the promotional period February 13, 2008. Motors Parts & Accessories listings will be included in this promotion. Please note the exclusions below. All Final Value Fees and optional listing upgrade fees still apply.
PLEASE NOTE: For sellers listing with any tool other than eBay's Sell Your Item Form, the promotional price will not be shown during the listing process. Instead the discount will be reflected in view account status, as well as in the invoice.

Who is Included?
All Canadian resident users who list their items in Auction Format and Fixed Price will be eligible for the promotion. Motors Parts & Accessories listings will be included in this promotion. Please note the exclusions below. Items re-listed that match the above eligibility will qualify for the promotion. Items listed in two categories will receive the 20¢ promotional fee for each category.
What is excluded?
This promotion will not apply to the following types of listings: eBay Motors listings (including Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Power Sports, Other Vehicles), Live Auction, Professional Services, Real Estate, Ad Format, Store Inventory listings, and Buy It Now upgrade. The following business and industrial categories are excluded from the Insertion Fee Sale: tractors & farm machinery (91952), heavy equipment (25249), concession trailers, carts (67145), imaging and aesthetics equipment (92035), forklifts and other lifts (97185), manufacturing equipment (92080), metalworking equipment (92082) and commercial printing presses (26247).
The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to February 13, 2008 - including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created February 13, 2008 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends.
