How Does it Work?
Insertion fees for Auction Format & Fixed Price listings will be revised as reflected in the fee table below on eBay.ca for Canadian residents only. *Plus, listings eligible for the reduced 10¢ insertion fee can get an additional 25% off Final Value Fees (up to a maximum FVF discount of $1.25 per listing) when a Canada Post or UPS shipping label is printed online through PayPal between January 17, 2007 00:00:01 ET and February 4, 2007 03:00:01 ET.
To print a Canada Post or UPS shipping label through Paypal after your item sells, go to one of the following locations:

The 25% discount on Final Value Fees only applies to eligible listings from the 10¢ listing day. Please note the exclusions below.
Listings created prior to the promotion and scheduled to start during the promotional period of January 17, 2007 will be eligible for the promotional fee.
The reduced fees for the 10¢ promotion will be immediately reflected on the site. The reduced fees for the additional 25% discount on Final Value Fees will not be immediately reflected on the site. Users will receive a credit to their account for the 25% off Final Value Fees by
March 15, 2007.
PLEASE NOTE: For sellers listing with any tool other than eBay's new Sell Your Item Form, the promotional price will not be shown during the listing process. Instead the discount will be reflected in view account status, as well as in the invoice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to print an online shipping label to receive the reduced 10¢ insertion fee? No.
Are all listings with online shipping labels printed between January 17, 2007 00:00:01 ET and February 4, 2007 03:00:01 ET eligible for 25% off Final Value Fee (FVF) discount? No, this 25% discount only applies to eligible listings from the 10¢ listing day and only if you print a shipping label through PayPal using either Canada Post or UPS between between January 17, 2007 00:00:01 ET and February 4, 2007 03:00:01 ET.
What if I ship multiple listings with one label? Will each of them receive 25% off FVFs? Each listing will be eligible to receive the 25% discount on Final Value Fees (up to a maximum FVF discount of $1.25 per listing) as long as all of the listings appear when you print your shipping label.
Are Multiple Item Auctions eligible for the 25% off Final Value Fees? No. Multiple Item Auctions (Dutch Auction, Fixed Price listings & Lot listings) are not eligible for the additional 25% off Final Value Fee discount.
Are Multiple Item Auctions eligible for the 10¢ listing day? Yes. Multiple Item Auctions are eligible for the 10¢ listing day insertion fee as long as they meet the promotion criteria.
When will I receive my credits for the 10¢ listing day and the 25% off FVF discount? The reduced fees for the 10¢ promotion will be immediately reflected on the site. Please note the exclusions below. Items re-listed that match the above eligibility will qualify for the promotion. Items listed in two categories will receive the 10¢ promotional fee for each category.
What is excluded?
Buy It Now feature upgrade, Motors vehicles, Business and Industrial Capital Equipment, Store Inventory Format, Real Estate Auction Format listings and Real
Estate Ad Format listings will not be included in this promotion. All Multiple Item Auctions (Dutch Auction, Fixed Price listings & Lot listings) are not eligible for the 25% off Final Value Fee discount. The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotion
January 17, 2007, but scheduled to start after the promotion ends. The 25% off Final Value Fee discount does not apply to any listings other than those eligible for the 10¢ listing day.
