Insertion fees for Auction Format & Fixed Price listings will be revised as reflected in the fee table below on eBay.ca, eBay.com and eBay Motors (Parts & Accessories Only). *Plus, listings eligible for the reduced 10 cent insertion fee can get an additional 25% off Final Value Fees (up to a maximum FVF discount of $1.25 per listing) when a Canada Post or UPS shipping label is printed online through PayPal between October 2, 2006 00:00:01 ET and October 20, 2006 03:00:01 ET.

To print a Canada Post or UPS shipping label through Paypal after your item sells, go to one of the following locations:

Do I have to print an online shipping label to receive the reduced 10 cent insertion fee? No.

Are all listings with online shipping labels printed between October 2, 2006 00:00:01 ET and October 20, 2006 03:00:01 ET eligible for 25% off Final Value Fee (FVF) discount? No, this 25% discount only applies to eligible listings from the 10 cent listing day and only if you print a shipping label through PayPal using either Canada Post or UPS between between October 2, 2006 00:00:01 ET and October 20, 2006 03:00:01 ET.

What if I ship multiple listings with one label? Will each of them receive 25% off FVFs? Each listing will be eligible to receive the 25% discount on Final Value Fees (up to a maximum FVF discount of $1.25 per listing) as long as all of the listings appear when you print your shipping label.

Are Multiple Item Auctions eligible for the 25% off Final Value Fees? No. Multi Item Auctions (Dutch Auction, Fixed Price listings & Lot listings) are not eligible for the additional 25% off Final Value Fee discount.

Are Multiple Item Auctions eligible for the 10 cent listing day? Yes. Multiple Item Auctions are eligible for the 10 cent listing day insertion fee as long as they meet the promotion criteria.

When will I receive my credits for the 10 cent listing day and the 25% off FVF discount? The reduced fees for this promotion will not be immediately reflected on the site. Users will receive a credit to their account by November 17, 2006, though credits for both promotions may not be posted at the same time.

Who is Included?

Buy It Now feature upgrade, Motors vehicles, Business and Industrial Capital Equipment, Store Inventory Format, Real Estate Auction Format listings and Real Estate Ad Format listings will not be included in this promotion. All Multiple Item Auctions (Dutch Auction, Fixed Price listings & Lot listings) are not eligible for the 25% off Final Value Fee discount. The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotion October 2, 2006, but scheduled to start after the promotion ends. The 25% off Final Value Fee discount does not apply to any listings other than those eligible for the 10 cent listing day.
