Who is included?
This promotion is
open to all Canadian residents who use eBay.ca, eBay.com or eBay Motors
on April 22, 2005 who list auction-style listings and make their
listings available worldwide.
What is excluded?
Items that are not
made available worldwide will be excluded from the promotion. Fixed
Price Listings, Motors vehicles, Business and Industrial Capital
Equipment, Stores Inventory Format and Real Estate Ad Format listings
will also be excluded. The promotional rate does not apply to listings
revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does
not apply to listings created during the promotion April 22, 2005, but
scheduled to start after the promotion ends.

If I list on eBay.com
will my item be eligible? Yes, as long as you meet the other
criteria you can list on eBay.ca, eBay.com or eBay Motors (excluding
vehicles)
I'm a Canadian resident, but I registered before there was an eBay.ca
and therefore am registered on eBay.com, am I eligible? Yes, all
Canadian residents are eligible
I'm re-listing an item that previously didn't sell on April 22 and I meet all
the other requirements, will I get the promo? Yes. Re-listed items
will be eligible.
My listing is available to Canada and US only, is it eligible?
No, only worldwide listings will be eligible.
My stores inventory format listings are all marked 'will ship
worldwide', will I get the promo? No - Store inventory listings are
not eligible.
Do Fixed Price listings apply? No, only Auction-style listings
will be eligible.
Will the discounted fee be immediately reflected on the site?
Unfortunately no. In order to verify who qualifies, your insertion fees
will be credited back to you, no later than 60 days after you list.
