Starting Tuesday, September 16, 2008 between 00:00:01 ET (12:00 AM plus one second on Tuesday September 16, 2008) and ending Tuesday March 31, 2009 at 23:59:59 ET (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). What are the fees?
Insertion fees for Fixed Price listings will be 5¢ for listings in Books, Music, Movies & DVDs, and Video Games and use pre-filled item information. This promotion applies to listings on www.eBay.ca (English site only) as reflected in the fee table below. Listings created prior to September 16, 2008 which are scheduled to start during the promotional period September 16 - March 31, 2009 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate. Please note: For sellers listing with any tool other than the latest version of the Sell Your Item form (SYI 3.0) the promotional price will not be shown during the listing process. Instead, the discount will be reflected in the "View Account Status" section in My eBay, as well as on your next invoice. What is excluded? 
The promotion does not apply to any categories except those listed above, Auction-style listings, Media listings that do not use pre-filled item information, All eBay Motors listings, International, Real Estate, Ad Format and Store Inventory listings. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to September 16, 2008 — including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created September 16 - March 31, 2009 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends.
