When is it?


Starting Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at 00:00:01 EST (12:00 AM plus one second on December 1, 2004) and ending 23:59:59 EST on Friday, December 31, 2004 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).

What are the fees?
For regular Auction-Style listings, the fee for Reserve will be capped at $25.00 on the Canadian site www.ebay.ca (C$25 for listings in Canadian dollars, US$25 for listings in US$).  Please see the chart below for details. Listings created prior to December 1, 2004 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period December 1-31, 2004 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate. See an example of how reserve fees are calculated. (Remember, Reserve Fees are fully refunded to your account if your item sells successfully!)

What is excluded?


Fixed Price listings, eBay Motors (Vehicles and non-vehicles) listings, Real Estate, Ad Format, and Store Inventory Format listings. The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotion December 1-31, 2004, but scheduled to start after December 31, 2004.
