Cross Promotion Connections
Requesting a connection
Ready to make a cross-promotion connection? Follow these steps:
 
1. Go to My eBay and click the "Cross-Promotion Connections" link under My Account in the left-hand navigation area.
2. Click the Request New Connection button.
3. Enter the User ID (or Store name) of the seller you'd like to make a connection with, and click Continue.
4. On the next page, verify your request, and then click Continue. A message will be sent to the seller, and they will have 14 days to accept your request.
5. The seller you have requested will be added to the "Pending Connections: Requests I've Sent" section of the Cross-Promotion Connections page. You can check this page to see whether the seller accepts or declines the request.

Accepting a request for a connection You may also receive a request for a connection from another seller. You will receive an email as well as a message in your My Messages inbox. You can also see these requests on the Cross-Promotion Connections page under "Pending Connections: Requests I've Received."

To accept a request, click the "Accept" link next to the seller. A cross-promotion connection will be formed, and you will begin cross-promoting each other's items.

You may also choose to decline the request by clicking the "Decline" link. The seller who requested the connection can check the Cross-Promotion Connections page to see whether you have accepted or declined.

Note: Requests are valid for 14 days after they are sent.
