Yes, if it's not the first time in the current calendar year that you've ended an Auction-style listing early, you will be charged a fee. To avoid ending early Auction-style listings because of unwanted bids, be sure to
specify your buyer requirements so buyers who don't meet these requirements are not allowed to bid on your item. You can block buyers who don't have a PayPal account, have unpaid items recorded on their account, have a primary shipping address in countries you don't ship to, have reportedly violated eBay policies, have a negative Feedback score, are currently winning or have bought 1-100 of your items in the last 10 days, and/or block buyers based on their user ID. Keep in mind that while selecting buyer requirements may reduce your exposure to buyer who could make transactions difficult, it will also reduce the number of potential buyers you'll have for your items.
