Shipping to special U.S. areas

More control over U.S. shipping
Starting in September sellers who prefer to list on eBay.com will have two new options for how you handle shipping to "special domestic areas" - Alaska and Hawaii, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses:
1) You can specify which of these locations you do not want to ship to and prevent these buyers from bidding on or buying your listings.
2) You can show buyers in the regions where you do want to ship your shipping services and rates for their specific location.
This feature will only be accessible from eBay.com selling flows.
