Buyer Protection cases now a factor in seller performance standards on eBay.com

Changes to seller performance standards have been announced on eBay.com involving Open Buyer Protection claims and Unresolved Buyer Protection claims.

While these changes will not directly impact standards required for listing on eBay.ca, the changes will impact Canadian sellers with respect to their transactions involving US buyers, including open and unresolved disputes involving US buyers.
