With eBay's Online Shipping tool, you can:
- Create postage-paid shipping labels in just minutes.
- Pay for shipping and insurance or loss/damage protection with your PayPal account, with no monthly fees or surcharges.
- Create and print a pre-filled packing slip, detailing what you are shipping to your buyer.
- Ship internationally with Canada Post online customs forms.
- Track and confirm the arrival of your shipments with Delivery Confirmation and shipment tracking.
- Take up to 120 hours from the time you print a label to void it and get a refund. The cost of the label is credited to your PayPal account within about 21 days.
- With UPS labels printed on PayPal, you are only charged for the labels you use - no need to worry about misprinted or destroyed labels.

No. There is no fee for printing shipping labels on eBay. It's free! You simply pay for the postage with your PayPal account and print your labels to your printer - all in a matter of seconds.
No. At this time, you cannot print multiple-order labels using eBay's Online Shipping tool.
- You can print Canada Post labels on eBay. Tracking information is automatically uploaded to My eBay.
- If you ship using UPS, you can use PayPal's label printing solution. Tracking information is automatically uploaded to My eBay.
- If you ship using FedEx, you can create a shipping label by going directly to fedex.ca or stopping by any FedEx location.
- Canada Post now picks up when you're ready to ship, whether you are shipping one parcel or hundreds. They charge $3.50 per On-Demand Pickup, but there is no fee for On-Demand Pickup when you're shipping with their Priority™ services.
- For UPS shipments, once you have printed your label, you can drop off your packages at any one of nearly 4,400 locations of The UPS Store. You may also hand your package to a UPS driver at no additional charge. Or, for an additional fee, arrange for a pickup through http://www.ups.com/canada/ or 1.800.PICK.UPS (1-800-742-5877). You and your buyer can then track the package right in My eBay, since UPS provides tracking from initial scan through delivery.
You can print your label using your home or office printer. Shipping labels print on 8 1/2 X 11 plain paper and can be taped to the package
Yes. Canadian sellers can print international shipping labels using eBay's Online Shipping tool. Customs forms are pre-filled with key, up-to-date information. As well, international labels are in PDF format so they are easier to print.
Yes. You have 120 hours to void a label. The cost of the label is credited to your PayPal account within about 21 days. To void a label:
- Look under "What would you like to do next?" on the right hand side of the page.
- Click "Void label."
- Follow the instructions on the Void your shipping label page.
