What is eBay Selling Manager Pro?
eBay Selling Manager Pro is eBay's new selling tool. It is an online tool in My eBay that helps you list items in bulk, manage your inventory, and track your listings throughout the entire sales cycle. As a seller, eBay Selling Manager Pro will help take your business to the next level. You can list items, track your sales status, and respond to your buyers more efficiently and faster than ever before.

How is eBay Selling Manager Pro different from eBay Selling Manager?
Selling Manager Pro offers everything Selling Manager does in addition to bulk email, feedback, printing, inventory management, bulk listing, and reporting.
If you are subscribed to Selling Manager you can easily upgrade your account to Selling Manager Pro and all of your information in Selling Manager will be transferred to Selling Manager Pro.
You cannot subscribe to both Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro at the same time. If you are unhappy with Selling Manager Pro you can always subscribe back to Selling Manager and your data will be transferred back.

Can I list items on eBay with eBay Selling Manager Pro?
eBay Selling Manager Pro allows you to list items in bulk. It enables smart and fast listing creation by saving your Sell Your Item form and allowing you to launch them multiple times. You also get access to Listing Designer for free to create listings with attractive description templates.
If you do not want to recreate all your items again, you can easily import your existing pending and active items as well as your Turbo Lister and Seller's Assistant Pro item into Selling Manager Pro.

How do I access eBay Selling Manager Pro?
Once you are subscribed, it will appear in the Selling section of your My eBay.
Note: If you subscribe on eBay.ca, then it will appear in the Selling section of your My eBay on eBay.ca. If you subscribe on eBay.com, then it will appear in the Selling section of your My eBay on eBay.com.

Which Web browsers does eBay Selling Manager Pro support?
eBay Selling Manager supports Internet Explorer 4.0 and later versions, Netscape 3.0 and later versions as well as AOL 3.0 and later versions. Because it is an online tool, it does not have any operating systems dependency.

Can I manage items listed on other sites?
eBay Selling Manager Pro allows you to manage your items listed on all eBay sites. However, you can only access the tool on the site you are subscribed to. For example, eBay.ca subscribers will be able to manage their listings on eBay.com and elsewhere from My eBay on eBay.ca.

How much does it cost to use the eBay Selling Manager Pro tool?
eBay Selling Manager Pro is available via a monthly subscription. As a new user, you will have a one-month free trial. After your trial month ends, you will be charged a monthly subscription fee. Your monthly subscription fee will be automatically added to your eBay account and will appear on your monthly invoice.
As a seller, you will still be responsible for all fees that would normally be associated with listing your item for sale on eBay except for the Listing Designer fee which is free for Selling Manager Pro users. Other fees include Insertion, Final Value, and Optional Feature fees. Click here to learn more about fees.

How will I be invoiced?
Your free one-month trial appears on your invoice as a one-time credit equal to the monthly subscription fee.
As a new subscriber, your next invoice will show three lines of activity:
- A one-time prorated charge based on the number of days left in your billing cycle when you started the subscription
- The regular monthly subscription fee covering the next billing cycle in advance
- A one-time credit for the free one-month trial, equal to the regular monthly subscription fee
Although it may appear as if you are being charged for the first 30 days, a month's worth of credit is posted to your account to offset the charge. If you decide to cancel your subscription anytime during the free trial period, the remaining subscription balance would be credited back to your account and appear on the invoice following this one.

What if I am using Seller's Assistant and want to try Selling Manager Pro?
When you subscribe to Selling Manager Pro as a Seller's Assistant Pro user, you will only be charged one fee a month. You can have access to both Selling Manager Pro and Seller's Assistant Pro.
In addition, to save you more time we have made it easy to import your Seller's Assistant Pro items into Selling Manager Pro. You won't need to create all your items again. You simply select all the items you want to import into Selling Manager Pro and choose the export option in the file menu.
This offer is only available to Seller's Assistant Pro users and not Seller's Assistant Basic users.
