Instructions:
  1. Once the HTML below is generated, hit "Ctrl-C" on your keyboard to copy the HTML
  2. Go to the "Manage your Store" page
  3. Under "Store Editing / Appearance" click on "Store Builder"
  4. Under "Store Theme" click on "Edit this theme."
  5. Scroll down to the "Additional Store header information" section
  6. Click the radial button to add "Yes, include additional information in my header.
  7. Click the View/Edit HTML check box
  8. Paste in your generated HTML by hitting "Ctrl-V" on your keyboard
  9. Click "Save Settings" to save these changes. Your new custom header will now appear in your store.
