What kind of story?
Whether you found new friends, paid your way through university, or set up your own business through trading on eBay.ca, we want to know.
What should I write about?
If you don't know where to start, think about the answers to the following questions:
- When did you first hear of eBay.ca?
- What do you buy and sell on eBay.ca?
- What makes buying and selling on eBay.ca so special for you?
- Is there a particular item that you have been searching for that you found on eBay.ca?
We're looking for lively, interesting stories about peoples' experiences on eBay.ca. Take a look at this month's My Story for an ideal example. Please limit your story to 750 words.
What will eBay.ca do with the stories?

Every month, we will choose the best story to post on our new Meet the Community page as our Story of the Month. We?ll contact you before the story goes live to tell you that your story has been chosen as the Story of the Month, and that you agree with the terms set out below.
We'll also send you cool eBay.ca gear so that you can show off your new fame and trade in style.
Previous winning stories will be kept in the Meet the Community archive for up to 12 months. All winning stories may be edited for clarity; and also may be used to promote eBay.ca in the news and broadcast media. If there is a possibility that your story will be used for media promotion, we will contact you prior to releasing the story and endeavour to observe our
Privacy Policy.
