Over the coming months, we’re making several important updates to eBay Stores subscriptions.
Change to final value fees
The final value fees for Stores subscriptions will increase starting May 1, 2017, as shown in the chart below. Note that final value fees for non-Stores subscribers will not change.

All Canadian Store subscribers now eligible to use promoted listings on eBay.com
Canadian sellers who have Store subscriptions on either eBay.ca or eBay.com may now use the promoted listings feature for listings created on eBay.com.
In summer 2017, we'll launch promoted listings on eBay.ca. Look for details in future announcements.
Anchor Stores changes taking effect April 1, 2017
- The eBay-branded shipping supplies coupon for Canadian Anchor Store subscribers will increase from C$105 to C$210 per quarter.
- Canadian sellers with Anchor Store subscriptions on either eBay.ca or eBay.com will begin receiving a quarterly US$25 promoted listings credit. This credit can be used with the promoted listings feature for listings created on eBay.com.

Why are final value fees increasing for eBay Stores subscribers?
We periodically evaluate fees across our site and make adjustments to ensure marketplace health and competition. Raising fees enables us to continue to invest in our platform, marketing efforts, and tools to enhance both the seller and buyer experience.
Does the fee increase apply to Good ‘Til Cancelled listings posted before May 1, 2017?
Sellers with a Stores subscription whose Good 'Til Cancelled listings are renewed on or after May 1, 2017, at 6:00am PT will be assessed the new final value fee, which will be charged every 30-day period. Good ‘Til Cancelled listings sold before this time will not be charged the fee increase.
I receive my eBay invoice on the first of the month. Will I be charged the old or new final value fee?
Any invoices sent starting May 1, 2017 will reflect the new fee structure for items sold starting May 1, 2017.

Who is eligible to receive the quarterly promoted listings credit?
- Beginning April 1, 2017, all Canadian Anchor Store subscribers are eligible to receive a US$25 quarterly promoted listings credit.
- Beginning April 1, 2017, all Canadian sellers who are US Top Rated, regardless of whether they subscribe to a Store and whether or not they meet the tracking upload requirements, are eligible to receive a US$30 quarterly promoted listings credit.
- Canadian sellers with an Anchor Store subscription on either eBay.ca or eBay.com who are also US Top Rated are eligible to receive both these credits, totalling US$55 per quarter.
How will I receive my promoted listings credit?
To receive their promoted listings credit, sellers should simply start using the promoted listings feature on eBay.com and eBay will automatically credit the appropriate amount each month.
Can I use the promoted listings credit on eBay.ca?
No. Until promoted listings launch on eBay.ca in summer 2017, you can only promote items listed on eBay.com.
Can I use the promoted listings credit to promote items that are listed on eBay.ca, but showing up on eBay.com?
Currently, the promoted listings feature on eBay.com only supports listings that were created on eBay.com. Until promoted listings launch on eBay.ca in summer 2017, you can only promote items listed on eBay.com.

How will I receive my eBay-branded shipping supplies coupon?
Canadian sellers with Store subscriptions on either eBay.ca or eBay.com should watch for an email with details shortly after the start of each quarter. You can also find any coupons you are eligible for by hovering of the My eBay menu at the top of most pages on eBay.ca.
If I don’t use all of my promoted listings credit or shipping supplies coupon in a given quarter, can I use them next quarter?
Credit for promoted listings and the eBay-branded shipping supplies coupon will expire at the end of each calendar quarter (e.g., March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31) and won’t be carried over to the next quarter. The shipping supplies coupon is for one-time use, up to the value provided for each Stores subscription level.
