You’re eligible for the eBay Money Back Guarantee as long as you contact your seller within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date.

Give the seller at least 3 days to resolve the issue before contacting eBay.
What happens when I ask eBay to step in?
If you haven’t received an item, we usually refund your money immediately via PayPal.
If you received an item that wasn’t as described, we’ll typically help you return it to the seller first and then refund you.
What if the seller doesn’t offer returns?
If you receive an item that is not as described, or didn’t receive an item at all, you’re always covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee—even if the seller doesn’t offer returns.
However, if you received an item that was as described, but you changed your mind and just don’t want it anymore, the eBay Money Back Guarantee doesn’t apply.
