Contacting Customer Support

We’re committed to providing excellent customer support to our members. Our customer support representatives are trained in specific areas and receive ongoing education about our latest changes. We want to make sure that you get the help you need as quickly as possible. Before you contact us directly, we may be able to help you quickly find the answer to your question. If you still don't have the answers you need, we'll show you the best way to get in touch with us.

To get help or contact customer support:
  1. Click Contact us at the top of our home page or on the right side and at the bottom of help pages.

  2. Sign in with your eBay user ID. (This can help us find your information if you do need to contact us.)

  3. Enter your question or tell us about your issue. Be as specific and concise as possible.

  4. We may need to ask you a couple of questions to make sure that you get the best answer. Click the link that best matches your question.

Once we think we've found the right answer for you, it will show up below your question. If the information we give you doesn't answer your question, you can rephrase your question and try again.

If you still don't have the answers you need, we'll show you the best way to contact us in the Get in touch with us section on the right side of the page.

We’ll save records of all of our communications with you to prevent duplicate responses, and to keep track of your questions in case you need to refer to them later.

Things to keep in mind

Though you can contact us directly (without asking a question first), we encourage you to enter your question on the Contact us page. That way, if you still need to get in touch with us, we'll have more details about your question or issue.
When contacting us, provide as many details as you can. Include dates, item number, user IDs, and any steps you took before asking your question.
If you have a question about a particular transaction, please contact your buyer or seller before you contact us.
