Subscription fees for eBay Stores
To open an eBay Store, you must pay a monthly store subscription fee. Store subscriptions are effective immediately for a minimum 30-day period. If you cancel or downgrade within this period, you'll be billed for the entire 30 days. After the first 30 days, your Store subscription fees are prorated.

The following are insertion and final value fees for listing in auction-style format when you have an eBay Stores subscription.
Stores subscribers pay the standard insertion fees for Business & Industrial listings, and eBay.ca Motors vehicle listings.

Fixed price format fees
You can use the fixed price format to list your items at a set price so buyers can purchase items immediately (without bidding). When your item sells, you'll also pay a final value fee.
Store insertion fees are based on your store subscription level.

The fine print
If your seller account is suspended for any reason, any charges on your seller account are immediately due and payable. eBay reserves the right to charge your billing method for any amounts you haven't previously disputed.
When you submit your listing, it might not appear immediately in a keyword or category search. This can take several hours. Therefore, eBay can't guarantee exact listing durations.
Good 'Til Cancelled listings renew automatically every 30 days unless all of the items sell, you end the listing, or the listing violates an eBay policy. Insertion fees are charged every 30-day period.
Store subscriptions are effective immediately for a minimum 30-day period. You may cancel or downgrade your subscription. If you do so within this period, you’ll be billed for the entire 30 days. After the first 30 days, your Stores subscription fees are prorated.
eBay may, upon 30 days notice to you via email, change your Stores subscription level if you do not meet eBay’s then current applicable subscription requirements. If this occurs during the first 30 days of your subscription, you will be billed for the entire 30 days. After the first 30 days, your Stores subscription fees are prorated.
