    We will verify the provided vehicle details match the item compatibility information provided by our seller. When there is a match, fit is confirmed for that specific item and is indicated by a checkmark on the listing.

    Purchase an eligible part or accessory and we'll protect you

    When you make a purchase of an eligible part or accessory with the checkmark, fit is guaranteed. Exclusions may apply. If the part or accessory you purchased does not fit your vehicle, you can return it for free within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

Tires and wheels are currently excluded from the eBay Guaranteed Fit program. We will still confirm which tires and wheels are compatible for your vehicle using the checkmark. Your tires and wheels may still be eligible for a return under our eBay Money Back Guarantee. Learn more.

If you start from eBay Motors’ homepage, you can add a vehicle into My Garage by inputting your vehicle’s year/make/model/trim/engine or select an existing vehicle saved in My Garage and search for the part you are looking for. If you have multiple vehicles saved in My Garage, please ensure you have selected the vehicle for which you are shopping parts and accessories.

If you start by searching a part or accessory in the search bar, you need to select an existing vehicle you have saved in My Garage or enter another vehicle for us to check the parts that fit. If you have multiple vehicles saved in My Garage, be sure to choose the vehicle you are shopping for.

You can start a return from your Purchases in My eBay. When selecting your return reason, choose “Doesn’t fit my vehicle” for a free return shipping label. If you don’t receive your label after the return is accepted, ask us to step in and help.

You will only see the reason “Doesn’t fit my vehicle” when the item you purchased is eligible for eBay Guaranteed Fit protection.

In order to be eligible for protection, you must open the return request within 30 calendar days after the delivery date or within the seller’s stated return window, whichever is longer. Learn more about eBay Money Back Guarantee and return requirements.

Most sellers submit a refund as soon as they receive the returned item. If the item has been returned to the seller and they have not given you a full refund after 2 business days, you can ask us to step in and help.
