Invited sellers ("Sellers") who activate the offer, list in the auction-style, auction-style with the Buy It Now feature added, or fixed price format in the Cell Phones & Smartphones category (9355), pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Qualifying Listing"), and then sell one (1) item(s) from a Qualifying Listing at www.ebay.ca for $200 or more, are eligible to earn a single eBay Coupon ("Coupon") with a value of $40.
This Promotion is available to Canadian sellers who: (i) activated the Promotion; and (ii) meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards. Please sign in to My eBay and view your seller dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards.
The Promotion Period will begin on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 00:00:01 ET (12:00AM plus one second), and will end on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 23:59:59 ET (11:59PM plus 59 seconds), for listings on www.ebay.ca. Sellers who activate the offer during the Promotion Period, create Qualifying Listings, complete one or more final sales for $200 or more each, and receive payment in full for the item(s) from the buyer by 23:59:59 ET on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, will be eligible to earn a Coupon.
If an item(s) from a Qualifying Listing is sold by Wednesday, October 31, 2018, for a total value of $200 or more, excluding shipping, handling, and taxes, a $40 Coupon will be issued. For example, if the value of the item(s) listed and sold during the Promotion Period is $106.20, no Coupon will be issued. If the total value of the item(s) listed and sold during the Promotion Period is $234, a $40 Coupon will be issued.
An item(s) is defined as listed when it is posted for sale on eBay.ca in a Qualifying Category and the listing is maintained until 1) the item(s) sells, or 2) the end of the listing period is reached. An item(s) is defined as sold when it is paid for in full by a buyer. The eBay Coupon will be awarded within two weeks after Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Once awarded, the Coupon will also be available in the "Messages" tab within My eBay. The Coupon is not transferable. The Coupon is subject to other terms and conditions. Limit of one (1) Coupon per eligible, participating seller. Users will have until the date listed on the Coupon to redeem on www.ebay.ca.

The Coupon will expire at 11:59:59PM ET on the date shown on the Coupon. Discount applies to the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes) of an eligible item(s) on www.ebay.ca and www.ebay.com. The Coupon may be used only one time up to the maximum discount amount shown on the Coupon, while supplies last. Coupon restrictions and/or exclusions, if any, will be designated in each Coupon offer. Only eBay members registered with an address located in Canada or the United States are eligible for the Coupon. Any unused difference between the discount amount, as shown on the Coupon, and the purchase price of the item(s) in a single transaction (or cart) will be forfeited.
